Wonderful
Hoxton quality, service and cool art deco style are very nice. The breakfast was excellent. Reception staff were very helpful.
Although it was said that the room I booked was upgraded free of charge, I was given a room on the -1 floor, which was quite noisy and let in a lot of daylight through the curtain. I was very tired and wanted to sleep for a while, but this was impossible with that noise. When I reported it to the reception, they helped immediately and changed the room to a cozy room on the top floor, and we were much more comfortable.

For the price, I would have expected better service
The room was clean and spacious for my dog and I. Bathroom was a good size and enjoyed the dog gift, it was nice extra touch.
The reception staff could benefit from better training, as they appeared to be in the process of onboarding. Upon my arrival from a 14-hour flight, I noticed that dog facilities were not provided in the room. There seemed to be a lack of understanding that guests needed information on how to pay for the tram. Additionally, in terms of location, it is quite far from the center of Amsterdam

We were well taken care of especially by the intake employees at the desk.
We liked the restaurant and the whole staff.
There needs to be more light in the rooms. Much too dark.

Great hotel and lovely staff
Great hotel and lovely beds! Good transport links to the city centre, the nearest tram stop was a 5 minute walk. Staff are very attentive, we had some small issues with the lighting in our room and they sorted it out straight away.
